Summary:
Refurbishment of H&M retail store designed by H&M designer office. Store has 2 floors and total 2.600 sqm floor area. Whole store completely renovated based on new store concept. Projects are developed by retail BIM standard on Autodesk Construction Cloud by using Autodesk Revit.Working projects developed for all disciplines including architectural, electrical and mechanical. Whole cycle project management services provided starting from bid management, site coordination and until the commissioning the premises.

Responsibilities:
DESIGN
Preparation of all working drawings with Revit and coordination between project groups. Whole project and coordination done on Autodesk Construction Cloud
MANAGEMENT
Coordination of the project parties and architectural management. Bid management and regular site reporting
CONSULTING
Technical supervision on site management and consultancy during the construction works
