Summary:
Project and consulting services for the new Istanbul head quarters office for PULS International. The total project area is 1800 sqm. Project is located at Link Plaza office building, Maslak Istanbul.
Working projects developed for all disciplines including architectural, electrical and mechanical. Whole cycle project management services provided starting from bid management, site coordination and until the commissioning the premises.
Responsibilities:
DESIGN
Preparation of all working drawings with Revit and coordination between project groups. Whole project and coordination done on Autodesk Construction Cloud
MANAGEMENT
Coordination of the project parties and architectural management. Bid management and regular site reporting
CONSULTING
Technical supervision on site management and consultancy during the construction works
